oversee and lead the sales and marketing function, and coordinate planning efforts to achieve organizational objectives and ensuring sustained growth in both national and international markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Strategic:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the company&#8217;s commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate pricing strategies and contribute to product development initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership and direction to the General Managers of National Sales in Oman and the UAE.<\/li>\n<li>Drive sales performance through effective team management, motivation, and strategic planning.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the sales teams to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with marketing specialists to align commercial strategies with marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Provide insights into market demand, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective communication and synergy between sales and marketing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the Planning Coordinator to ensure effective coordination of sales and operational planning.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall planning processes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular reports to the CEO on commercial performance, market trends, and sales forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough analysis of sales data and market insights to inform decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Implement data-driven approaches to continuously improve commercial operations.<\/li>\n<li>Complete any other tasks or initiative given by the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate visible leadership to employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication by establishing and fostering an environment which stimulates good communication, teamwork, and creativity in both problem-solving and identifying opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit, and retain adequate talent; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the necessary tasks as requested by management on people development areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on commercial strategy<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special Skills &amp;
