oversee sales operations, control sales processes, and ensure adherence to merchandising standards in order to drive revenue growth and maintaining customer satisfaction and will play a key role in expanding HORECA&#8217;s business in the Muscat area and other regions in Oman.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Operational:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new customers, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and other foodservice establishments.<\/li>\n<li>Prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and industry research to expand our customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our food products to potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Direct, manage, and motivate the sales team to collectively achieve sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Control sales processes and monitor the return\/expiry of products to optimize sales.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper merchandising of products and adherence to the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.<\/li>\n<li>Control and monitor the quantity of products sold to minimize returns and expiry.<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of sales vans used by the sales team, ensuring they are well-maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies for selling products and design tactics to maximize revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Delegate work or duties within the sales department for efficient workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Handle employee-related issues, monitor calls, and ensure adherence to company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Delegate responsibilities and provide guidance to the sales team for optimum performance.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report competitor activity regularly, keeping the Manager informed.<\/li>\n<li>Closely monitor staff activities and conduct monthly checks on customer dues.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on payments based on monthly Statements of Account (SOA) provided by the accounts department.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the collection of pending dues from customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of experience in a sales<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with merchandising and inventory management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special Skills &amp;
