develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services, while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic:<br \/>\n1.<\/strong>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company&#8217;s goals and objectives.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong>Identify and analyze market trends and emerging technologies to optimize sourcing strategies.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong>Diversify the supplier base through efficient supplier registration and maintenance.<br \/>\n<strong>4<\/strong>.Negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers while fostering strong buyer-distributor relationships.<br \/>\n<strong>5<\/strong>.Implement cost-saving initiatives and leverage data to track and report on procurement metrics.<br \/>\nOperational:<br \/>\n<strong>6<\/strong>.Manage the entire procurement process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and payment.<br \/>\n<strong>7.<\/strong>Oversee the storekeeper and ensure daily cleaning and proper maintenance of stored materials.<br \/>\n<strong>8.<\/strong>Develop and manage an effective inventory system to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9.<\/strong>Extract authorized heads for consumable equipment and raw materials, ensuring efficient usage.<br \/>\n<strong>10.<\/strong>Manage and settle custody with financial management for transparency and accountability.<br \/>\n<strong>11.<\/strong>Source and negotiate offers and contracts with suppliers, securing the best value for the company.<br \/>\n<strong>12.<\/strong>Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.<br \/>\n<strong>13.<\/strong>Build strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and open communication.<br \/>\n<strong>14.<\/strong>Implement and maintain effective controls and procedures for inventory management.<br \/>\n<strong>15.<\/strong>Publish and implement rules for health and safety of food at all stages of work, ensuring compliance and employee safety.<br \/>\n<strong>16.<\/strong>Follow-up on the manufacturing and supply of factory supplies, guaranteeing timely deliveries and proper stock levels.<br \/>\n<strong>17.<\/strong>Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to relevant procurement laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>People development:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>18.<\/strong>Provide leadership and direction to the procurement team, motivating and developing team members to achieve their full potential.<br \/>\n<strong>19.<\/strong>Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant discipline<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 7 years of relevant experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special Skills &amp;
